Instructions for use:

Place 1/2-1 tablet in the bottom of the WellO2 breathing apparatus and top with cold, drinkable water. Start your preferred heating programme and exercise as usual.

The WellO2 is a lung-strengthening breathing exercise device that combines counter-pressure breathing on the way in and out and warm steam inhalation. The device develops and maintains respiratory fitness.

How does WellO2 work?

The user performs breathing exercises with the WellO2. The user first blows into the device and then draws air back into the lungs from the device.
