WellO2 MyBreath is a smart mouthpiece for your WellO2 device. It allows you to measure and monitor lung respiratory muscle strength, airflow in the bronchi and total respiratory capacity. Now you can measure, monitor and improve your breathing in an unprecedented way at home!

The MyBreath smart mouthpiece works together with the WellO2 app and is used like a regular WellO2 mouthpiece. Breathing is measured using in-app tests, the results of which are conveniently stored in the app. The breath tests help you to understand more about the daily functioning of your lungs and airways and to develop them according to your goals and needs.

The WellO2 MyBreath smart mouthpiece allows you to monitor:

• Respiratory muscle strength, which tells you how well your respiratory system can cope with everyday situations.
• Breathing capacity, which tells you not only the size of your lungs, but also how much of your lungs you are using.
• Respiratory flow, which is a measure of how open the airways and bronchi are, i.e. how well air can flow into the lungs with the breath.

The WellO2 app

In addition to breath tests, you will find a wide range of breathing exercises in the WellO2 app to make your WellO2 training even more exciting! The app offers a wide range of exercises to suit your needs, from relieving nasty cold symptoms, to strengthening your breathing muscles for a sporting performance, to conditioning your voice before an important performance or calming your mind before bedtime. You can download the app for free from your phone's app store.

WellO2 breathing training with the MyBreath smart mouthpiece is as easy as with a regular WellO2 mouthpiece. The SmartPiece can only be used with a WellO2 breathing training device.

What does the MyBreath smart mouthpiece measure?

The MyBreath smart earpiece accurately measures and interprets the respiratory muscle force, breathing capacity and airflow in the bronchi. It allows you to understand more about the daily performance of your lungs and airways and to develop them according to your goals and needs.
WellO2 MyBreath smart device can be used to monitor:

• The strength of the respiratory muscles, which tells you how well the respiratory system can cope with different situations in life.
• Breathing capacity, which tells us the size of our lungs, but also how much of our lungs we use.
• Respiratory flow, which is a measure of how open the airways and bronchi are, i.e. how well air can flow into the lungs with the breath.

MyBreath interprets both inhalation and exhalation and can also measure upper airway function using the WellO2 nasal mask. Upper airway function, in practice breathing through the nose, is particularly important for well-being.

How do I clean the MyBreath mouthpiece?

Wash the MyBreath mouthpiece with mild hand soap and running water. Rinse thoroughly. Between uses, you can clean the smart mouthpiece under running water and let it dry upright or dry it with a clean towel.

Note! Due to the sensors, the MyBreath smart device CANNOT be cleaned with the WellO2 device cleaning program, boiling in a saucepan or cleaning in a dishwasher!
